Recipe of the Month: Brindleberry Bones

Here is a sample of one of Holly’s own recipes, Frozen Tropical Chicken Brindleberry Bones:

Prep time: 
Total time: 
  • 2 Cups Cooled Bone Broth
  • I Cup Cubed Fresh Pineapple
  • 400 ML Can of Coconut Milk
  • ½ Cup Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  1. Blend pineapple and coconut milk until pineapple is pureed.
  2. Add bone broth and set aside.
  3. Melt coconut oil on low heat or microwave until liquid.
  4. Whisk coconut oil into bone broth mixture.
  5. Pour mixture into silicon molds, ice cube trays, or plastic cups.
  6. Put into freezer and serve when frozen through.
